FIJI STAG

Our group of four guys meet every Sunday morning for some men's doubles tennis at the Millennium Sports Club in Vallejo, CA. Teams are selected based on a rating system using the average score of the most current 10 sets played by each player. Currently, the regulars are Larry, John, Rich and Cyp. Larry coordinates the assignments for balls and refreshments after tennis.

The first two entries are classified as cooke salsa. There will be fresh salsa, i.e. uncooked salsa, forthcoming especially when our tomatoes come in.

I recommend that the rating of salsas be split into two categories, "fresh salsa" amd "cooked salsa". This will prevent the results from being skewed by someone's personal preference for one type over the other type.

OK, sounds good to me. We will include this in the salsa description. We might want to include also how the salsa is made, i.e. homemade or commercial.
