Cyp and Zack were missing this morning. Dwight and Richard substituted for them.

SALSA TASTING

Richard brought a hybrid salsa for the tasting. It was Pace's Chunky Salsa that he modified with garlic, cilantro, etc. It was of medium heat. The ratings were as follows:
