FIJI STAG

Our group of four guys meet every Sunday morning for some men's doubles tennis at the Millennium Sports Club in Vallejo, CA. Teams are selected based on a rating system using the average score of the most current 10 sets played by each player. Currently, the regulars are Larry, John, Rich and Cyp. Larry coordinates the assignments for balls and refreshments after tennis.

Salsa Tasting

Zack's Entry: Louise's Home-made Fresh Garden Salsa

The Bird's rating was a '5'.

Tennis

Zack and Larry won the first set 6-4, John and Cyp won the second set 6-2.

Recipe for Louise's Fresh Garden Salsa

2 stalks green onions
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
10 ounces ripe tomato from your garden
4 pieces "Pepper Riot" pepper from your garden
12 each or so large sprigs of cilantro from your garden
1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

Core the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Chop the green onions, pepper riot, cilantro, with the tomato using a food processor. Add lime juice and salt.
