Larry coordinated the salsa testing and submitted this report.

The 4 STAGG raters were Chris, John, Larry and Dwight. Dwight brought the salsa today.

The ratings were as follows:
Rater #1 - 9.0
Rater #2 - 8.5
Rater #3 - 8.5
Rater #4 - 8.0

Avg. Rating was 8.5

The guest raters were Louise and Harry. Their ratings were as follows:
Guest Rater #1 - 8.0
Guest Rater #2 - 7.0

The bird did not partake in the salsa testing today.
