FIJI STAG

Our group of four guys meet every Sunday morning for some men's doubles tennis at the Millennium Sports Club in Vallejo, CA. Teams are selected based on a rating system using the average score of the most current 10 sets played by each player. Currently, the regulars are Larry, John, Rich and Cyp. Larry coordinates the assignments for balls and refreshments after tennis.

FIJI STAGED 7/16/06

Donna subbed for Cyp. Now she has a rating and she has been added to our sub list.

SALSA TASTING

Zack brought Ortega Thick and Chunky from Safeway.
The ratings were 7.9, 7.5, 6.5, 5. Average: 6.7

Although the ratings were by secret vote, we kinda figured out where the '5' came from. Right, Donna?

The Bird gave it a solid '5'. This bird is getting to know the group. He always shows up around 1130 on Sunday to participate in the salsa tasting.

TENNIS
Zack and John Defeated Larry and Donna 6-4, 6-2. We played a third set tie-breaker JFTHOI with Larry and Donna winning 10-8.

My recollection was that it was DON (Double or Nothing) in the 3rd set tiebreaker instead of JFTHOI.
