STAG - April 22, 2007

It rained Saturday night and the prospects of playing was bleak but it stopped raining early enough that the courts were 90% dry. A little rolling and we were ready to go. It turned out to be a mild spring morning.

SALSA TASTING

Dwight brought a salsa that no one could guess the main ingredient. It was Jardine's 7J Ranch Pomegranate Salsa - Medium that was purchased at Cost Plus. The ratings were as follows:

8.1, 7.5, 7.0, 7.0 Avg. 7.4

TENNIS

Rich and Dwight won the first set but John and Larry came back and won the second set. The results were as follows:

FIRST SET

Rich/Dwight over John/Larry (6-4)

SECOND SET

John/Larry over Rich/Dwight (6-2)

STAG 4/15/07

Nice weather today. The wind was a bit strong. Rich and Zack defeated Larry and John 7-5, 6-2

Larry brought Desert Pepper El Paso from Cost Plus -- The ratings were: 8.2, 8.6, 7.5, 7.6. Average: 7.97

The Bird showed up but no one cared to offer him any salsa.
