The 4 STAGG raters were Chris, Cyp, John and Larry. Code name Roger provided the salsa today.

The ratings were as follows:
Rater #1 - 7.5
Rater #2 - 7.5
Rater #3 - 7
Rater #4 - 6.6

Avg. Rating was 7.15

The bird did not show up for the salsa tasting.

The salsa that was tasted was La Victoria Salsa Suprema - Medium.

Chris received a 9 for chips presentation since she brought a platter for the chips.

TENNIS

The "Good Guys" and the "Other People" tied with one set apiece. A third set was not played since it was salsa tasting time.

The 4 raters today were Chris, Dwight, John and Cyp. Cyp brought the salsa today.

The ratings were
Rater #1- 8.6
Rater # 2- 8.5
Rater # 3- 8.0
Rater # 4- 7.0

Rater # 4 said that his/her rating might have been higher but he had never rated before and therefore he never had a baseline of other salsas to compare it to. Rater #4 wished to keep his identity anonymous so he said we could refer to him as Conrad. This fact might need special consideration from the judges.

Salsa tasting 7/3/05

We tasted two salsas this Sunday. This was Superstag with 8 players vice the normal 4. The players were; Rich, Zack, Dan, Cyp, John, Larry, George and Art (visiting from Brazil).

Starting this Sunday we have decided to do voting by secret ballot so that tasters are not influenced by the votes of tasters who have already voted. Here are the results:
